    The BV County Attorney says that MR. Payne will probably not get JAIL time. WHAT? There was a crime...there was a victum....It was sexual in nature and he is going to get a slap on the wrist? PLEASE..Fax your outrage to the judge and county attorney offices. Don't let the victum be victimized again.
