Any law-abiding, taxpaying citizen only has to view these pictures to realize: a group of illegal aliens who dress their children with clothing supporting a foreign country (Mexico); Jews, under the guise of compassion, protesting raids by those sworn to uphold our laws, for people illegally in this country who were/are used as modern day slaves by their fellow Jews; and, a Catholic Church, sacriligiously using God as their mantle for aiding and abetting those who have broken our laws, as the Church also has, deserve neither our compassion, our respect, nor our loyalty. I will fight for my survival, whether is taking on the system or migrating to where the wealth of my labor is concentrated, the US or EUROPE. It only makes sense. My kindergartener is forced to learn Spanish in school. In kindergarten! My other daughter has a learning disability. She's starting 3rd grade and can hardly read, but she's forced to learn Spanish. I would boycott those stores, but it's the same for most other stores. This is not America, this is an invasion, and it's destroying our American quality of life. Nothing is done to them because it is a waste of time and money to pursue them. They are not even charged with a crime because they just move and start using a new name. Iowans had better pay attention to what's happening in their small towns! They had better find the courage to take a stand and demand all immigration laws be enforced! The state of AZ has at least 600,000 ILLEGAL residents, the majority coming from Mexico. Many of our schools are 99% non-English speakers. Latest statistics show nearly 2 BILLION dollars is being spent each year educating students who are in AZ illegally, or under the false pretense of automatic birthright citizenship. Who do you think gets shortchanged in the public schools?? Legal American children!

Employers, be they those who hire an illegal housekeeper or a meat processor, claim that they have compassion for those less fortunate and are providing them with a better life. In reality, what they are saying is, "Come work for me at wages far higher than what you could earn in your home country (but well below what I would have to pay a legal American citizen). Your life will be better, but never as good as mine (due to the huge profits I will derive from your slave labor)."
The employers who exploit Hispanics for their own profit are the true "racists." The Hispanics who illegally enter, reside, and work in our country are those who have violated, and continue to violate, our laws.
We have one group that consists of legal citizens demanding that their taxes be used for enforcing our laws; another group that consists of employers who are violating our laws and exploiting, for profit, human beings as modern day slaves; and, a group of people who have illegally entered our country and blatantly advertise their loyalty to a foreign country, demand rights, in Spanish, that are, by law, granted exclusively to legal citizens, and brazenly march through our tax-paid streets, disrupting businesses and causing social unrest.
To use a legal term, which group would appear "to the normal person" as the one that is most justified in their demands? Certainly not the modern day slave masters and most definitely not those from foreign countries who have absolutely no right to be in this country.

The United States of America were formed after the Revolutionary war. Since many of the French helped win the war, there was much debate about our national language. A vote was taken, and it was decided that English would be the language of our new nation, not French, and all of our founding documents were written in English.
The UNITED States of America thought that it was important to share ONE culture. It didn't matter where you came from, as long as you shed your identity and became American. An American speaks one common language-English, pledges allegiance to one flag, the American flag, and abides by the laws of this nation, set forth by our founding fathers. It has to do with allegiance and pride of this country, and the willingness to fight for it and to protect it.
It has absolutely nothing to do with race. Maybe you should ask yourself if you are racist, or maybe just anti-American? I'm assuming you are neither, probably just not understanding what the real problem is.
You speak of compassion. You must be wealthy or in some other way removed from the situation. Many illegals that DO work, are kept as modern day slaves. They live in inhuman conditions (prisoners are generally treated better) held captive by scumbag landlords and employers, and given only what someone feels like giving them. They are used, and sometimes physically abused. They are not on the payroll, they are paid in cash, much like a babysitter, and no taxes are collected. I've worked with many of them, and spoke to many of them. The people that I knew were essentially held captive by the restaurant owner, and given slave wages. They were nice people, but their goal was common: they all needed to find an American girl to impregnant as quickly as possible. They would talk her into marriage, and would not be deported. The baby would be paid for, and she would have to support him through welfare. When he got bored, he could return to his country of origin. Many already had families in other countries, that were abandoned for "a better life".

There are several noteworthy things about this issue.
First, these aliens (not "illegal immigrants," the politically-correct term) broke the law by entering the United States in a method inconsistent with proper, well-established and lawful procedures. On that basis alone they are criminals…period.
Second, their illegal entry is a slap in the face to those who did the right thing, both morally and legally, by following the rules, waiting, in many cases, for years.
Third, their illegal entry tells others that they have no issue with breaking the law. After all, they simply “want a better life.” Lawlessness begets lawlessness, and all such actions, whether committed by aliens or citizens, reinforce the idea that breaking the law is acceptable when it suits our own purposes; the ends justify the means. It’s “situation ethics” on a grand scale.
Fourth, their illegal entry speaks volumes about the type of citizen they might be should they ever actually become lawfully naturalized, which in and of itself seems doubtful.
Fifth, there is a lot of blame to spread around in this regard. Employers, as “good community citizens,” have a duty, both morally and legally, to see past the dollar signs and do the right thing. Aliens also have the same moral and legal responsibility to follow the law. To “want a better life” should not and does not include side-stepping the legality of their entry into the United States. Further, our own government has a moral and legal mandate to enforce the law. Their willingness to “look the other way” and, in fact, work with the national governments of one or more of these aliens’ native countries in aiding their illegal entry is a sad statement of how far both the Democrats and Republicans, especially at the Federal level, have sunk.
Sixth, I find it instructive that out of all the “Press ‘1’ for English”-type phone messages I’ve heard, not one has offered their callers the option of any language other than Spanish. Why is that? Is that because Spanish-speaking people are incapable of learning English? Are the Chinese, Koreans, Somalians, Italians, Germans, and many others for whom English is not a native tongue the only ones that can and do learn English? I think not. So, why do those who speak Spanish get special treatment?
Seventh, for all the criticism that anti-illegal immigration advocates get that they are “racist,” it’s those chanting “La Raza!” who are the real racists. Some of them go even further by telling some to take a swim back to Europe because America, or at least parts of it, belongs to “La Raza!” And this is a view that has been articulated for years, unbeknownst to many U.S. citizens.
Eighth, I find it especially disturbing that the Catholic Church there in Postville, along with some Jewish groups and others, supports the breaking of the law under the guise of how we all need to “love your neighbor,” as if to “love your neighbor” and to be lawful are mutually exclusive. I’m not sure what the church there would have to gain other than more money rolling into their coffers. Perhaps that’s not the case, but, following the money does tend to pull all sorts of skeletons out of the closets. For their part, the Jews who participated in supporting those entering, living and working in the United States illegally, the only answer I can find is, there again, that it has to do with money. It makes sense to me as the Agriprocessors plant in question is owned by Jews. And like any business, lower labor costs can only add to the bottom line.
Shame on all of them, aliens included, I say.

To clarify one point I've seen made in this thread: St. Bridget's Catholic Church in Postville is not raking money into their coffers. It's a very small congregation -- roughly 100 parishioners at Saturday mass -- that is spending money just as quickly as the money is taken in.
I'm sure that there is room for debate on if the church is doing the right thing by helping those who have been left in a lurch following the raid; however, it is not fair to imply that those working the ministry are using the crisis to feather their own nests. As one of the journalists who has been reporting on the ground in Postville and who has visited the church and parish several times, there is absolutely no evidence that the church leadership is doing anything improper with the monetary donations that have been collected.

In kindergarten! My other daughter has a learning disability. She's starting 3rd grade and can hardly read, but she's forced to learn Spanish.

I would boycott those stores, but it's the same for most other stores. This is not America, this is an invasion, and it's destroying our American quality of life. I'm tired of dirty, drunken Hispanic men leering at my little girls. And I know many people involved in car accidents, from cars driven by illegals with no insurance, and no real identity. And there's plenty of people across the nation being killed by illegal aliens.
They litter all over my yard and our park, throwing cigarette butts & empty packs and broken beer bottles for my kids to play with.
I go to CVS, and I'm forced to hear Spanish commercials over the loudspeaker. They're destroying our economy by running up credit cards and never paying them, by taking our jobs, and sending our money to THEIR country, for starters. I haven't even touched on what illegal immigration doing to our schools, hospitals and legal systems--all paid for by American CITIZENS!
Outsourcing all of our goods is a completely separate issue, that makes ALL of us slaves, and destroys ALL of our economies.

The only thing the illegal invaders from Mexico love about America is the currency; a good chunk of which they pull out of our economy and send back to Mexico.
Employers, be they those who hire an illegal housekeeper or a meat processor, claim that they have compassion for those less fortunate and are providing them with a better life. In reality, what they are saying is, "Come work for me at wages far higher than what you could earn in your home country (but well below what I would have to pay a legal American citizen). Your life will be better, but never as good as mine (due to the huge profits I will derive from your slave labor)."
The employers who exploit Hispanics for their own profit are the true "racists." The Hispanics who illegally enter, reside, and work in our country are those who have violated, and continue to violate, our laws.
We have one group that consists of legal citizens demanding that their taxes be used for enforcing our laws; another group that consists of employers who are violating our laws and exploiting, for profit, human beings as modern day slaves; and, a group of people who have illegally entered our country and blatantly advertise their loyalty to a foreign country, demand rights, in Spanish, that are, by law, granted exclusively to legal citizens, and brazenly march through our tax-paid streets, disrupting businesses and causing social unrest.
To use a legal term, which group would appear "to the normal person" as the one that is most justified in their demands? Certainly not the modern day slave masters and most definitely not those from foreign countries who have absolutely no right to be in this country.

Legal citizens need tons of documentation, and even if they need it are usually denied. Illegals get "emergency medical care", no documentation needed. Free healthcare for them and their babies.
The baby then gets citizenship, and they both get welfare for as long as they like because the mother is the caregiver.

The United States of America were formed after the Revolutionary war.
Since many of the French helped win the war, there was much debate about our national language. A vote was taken, and it was decided that English would be the language of our new nation, not French, and all of our founding documents were written in English.
The UNITED States of America thought that it was important to share ONE culture. It didn't matter where you came from, as long as you shed your identity and became American. An American speaks one common language-English, pledges allegiance to one flag, the American flag, and abides by the laws of this nation, set forth by our founding fathers. It has to do with allegiance and pride of this country, and the willingness to fight for it and to protect it.
It has absolutely nothing to do with race.

Many illegals that DO work, are kept as modern day slaves. They live in inhuman conditions (prisoners are generally treated better) held captive by scumbag landlords and employers, and given only what someone feels like giving them. They are used, and sometimes physically abused. They are not on the payroll, they are paid in cash, much like a babysitter, and no taxes are collected.
I've worked with many of them, and spoke to many of them.
The people that I knew were essentially held captive by the restaurant owner, and given slave wages.
They were nice people, but their goal was common: they all needed to find an American girl to impregnant as quickly as possible.
They would talk her into marriage, and would not be deported.
The baby would be paid for, and she would have to support him through welfare. When he got bored, he could return to his country of origin. Many already had families in other countries, that were abandoned for "a better life".
First, these aliens (not "illegal immigrants," the politically-correct term) broke the law by entering the United States in a method inconsistent with proper, well-established and lawful procedures. On that basis alone they are criminals…period.
Second, their illegal entry is a slap in the face to those who did the right thing, both morally and legally, by following the rules, waiting, in many cases, for years.
Third, their illegal entry tells others that they have no issue with breaking the law. After all, they simply “want a better life.” Lawlessness begets lawlessness, and all such actions, whether committed by aliens or citizens, reinforce the idea that breaking the law is acceptable when it suits our own purposes; the ends justify the means. It’s “situation ethics” on a grand scale.
Fourth, their illegal entry speaks volumes about the type of citizen they might be should they ever actually become lawfully naturalized, which in and of itself seems doubtful.
Fifth, there is a lot of blame to spread around in this regard. Employers, as “good community citizens,” have a duty, both morally and legally, to see past the dollar signs and do the right thing. Aliens also have the same moral and legal responsibility to follow the law. To “want a better life” should not and does not include side-stepping the legality of their entry into the United States. Further, our own government has a moral and legal mandate to enforce the law. Their willingness to “look the other way” and, in fact, work with the national governments of one or more of these aliens’ native countries in aiding their illegal entry is a sad statement of how far both the Democrats and Republicans, especially at the Federal level, have sunk.
Sixth, I find it instructive that out of all the “Press ‘1’ for English”-type phone messages I’ve heard, not one has offered their callers the option of any language other than Spanish. Why is that? Is that because Spanish-speaking people are incapable of learning English? Are the Chinese, Koreans, Somalians, Italians, Germans, and many others for whom English is not a native tongue the only ones that can and do learn English? I think not. So, why do those who speak Spanish get special treatment?
Seventh, for all the criticism that anti-illegal immigration advocates get that they are “racist,” it’s those chanting “La Raza!” who are the real racists. Some of them go even further by telling some to take a swim back to Europe because America, or at least parts of it, belongs to “La Raza!” And this is a view that has been articulated for years, unbeknownst to many U.S. citizens.
Eighth, I find it especially disturbing that the Catholic Church there in Postville, along with some Jewish groups and others, supports the breaking of the law under the guise of how we all need to “love your neighbor,” as if to “love your neighbor” and to be lawful are mutually exclusive. I’m not sure what the church there would have to gain other than more money rolling into their coffers. Perhaps that’s not the case, but, following the money does tend to pull all sorts of skeletons out of the closets. For their part, the Jews who participated in supporting those entering, living and working in the United States illegally, the only answer I can find is, there again, that it has to do with money. It makes sense to me as the Agriprocessors plant in question is owned by Jews. And like any business, lower labor costs can only add to the bottom line.
Shame on all of them, aliens included, I say.
I'm sure that there is room for debate on if the church is doing the right thing by helping those who have been left in a lurch following the raid; however, it is not fair to imply that those working the ministry are using the crisis to feather their own nests. As one of the journalists who has been reporting on the ground in Postville and who has visited the church and parish several times, there is absolutely no evidence that the church leadership is doing anything improper with the monetary donations that have been collected.
