The only problem is money,If the DNC pumps some money into this race We can win. Latham is Not that popular in NE Iowa.

Absolutely, this race is competitive. You can bet that EMILY's List would not be involved if they didn't think Greenwald had a chance to win.

Also, Latham would not be running away from the Republican label as fast as he can if he didn't worry that it would be a liability in this year's political environment. More on that here:
