  • Love the closing paragraph! So very appropriate to present parody ideas for the parody 'congressman' from the 5th District, or as we in Iowa call it, "crazy-land".
  • Doug - once again you are spending your time bashing a commense sense quote of King's to try to bolster your resume for the Des Moines Register or if you are lucky the Washington Post.

You are a disgrace as a journalist and continue to fill the internet with lies. You are the embarassment for western Iowa.
  • "Honest Individual" -

There's not much "commense sense" (sic) about a career politician who makes his living peddling sensationalist quotes claiming to know more about oil drilling than T. Boone Pickens himself.

It's a shame that you need to use childish personal taunts when you get all butt hurt because someone's politics don't agree with yours.
  • King is truely out of touch with Reality.

"King is reportedly taking the month of August off to teach Tiger Woods how to better shape a hook shot and give Hugh Hefner some hints on one-liners for picking up attractive, younger women. King will then review Warren Buffett’s mutual fund portfolio and show Bill Gates how to improve the latest version of Microsoft Word." Perfect!
  • If harmless quotes from Steve King such as the one singled out above are now triggering your seek-and-destroy response, there is no hope for you, Burns.

You are not objective and you've taken it upon yourself to create the news rather than report it.

Too bad about all that tuition for journalism school.
