This is the kind of analysis that Stu Rothernberg laid on us not long ago: it's a red district, end ot story.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;King is not running any sort of campaign and it is too late to do anything but buy media.  McCain has essentially pulled out of Iowa, so he will not be running a big GOTV operation in the Fifth, or any, district.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Meanwhile, Rob Hubler has an aggressive field campaign, is raising money rapidly, and has polling that shows King is really vulnerable.
